Nice and quiet property close to literally everything. 15 min from airport 10 from university 10 from downtown. Minimal traffic.

House is a new construction as of January 2025.

Will want to meet and see if we click prior to agreeing to anything. A coffee downtown or something of the sort. Would be meeting with both my girlfriend and I.

Flat rate, I cover utilities, asked to fix or pay for any damages you may cause. (IE: Cat scratched the wall, so 15 bucks to get some paint, sandpaper, and a brush, or accidentally melting the microwave cover so getting a 10 dollar replacement on amazon).

Room can fit a queen size bed (In the photos it is a queen mattress) and desk easily. Has a closet, door connecting to main hallway right by the entrance, and a door connecting to the bathroom inside the room. (The furniture in the photos is NOT included. They are from a previous roommate who is moving out, the cat also is not here but we have a small black bundle of joy called Midnight.

The room will be completely empty and clean.

The place is mine, and only I am here during the week. (though my girlfriend may move in at any point, this would not change our intention to have a roommate) My girlfriend tends to be over every weekend.

You would get the room and bathroom downstairs. We are upstairs or in the living room and everything you need is downstairs. IE: access to kitchen, pantry, laundry, living room, dining room and internet.

We are friendly but also like alone time. You’re welcome to have guests over and we will likely occasionally as well.

We are nerds all around. Into video games, board games, anime, and shows. Like to spend time with others and constantly plan new adventures and activities to go out and do.

We like to keep the house clean and in good condition.

House is 5 bedroom 4 bathroom. Offering 1 bedroom with connected bathroom with standing shower. Welcome to use the guest bathroom tub upstairs if you enjoy baths.(The other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs).
