Available bedroom fits a queen bed, has a private en suite bathroom and a small balcony. This is a short-term lease through June 30, with the option to renew after or explore new options as a trio.
About the roomies
Sun (36, she/her, bi) and JV (28, he/him, gay). We both like horror movies, Nintendo games, knitting/crocheting, and dramatized post-work debriefs. JV’s cat, Simba (turning 3 this month!), is socialized and would love a playmate or new human to play fetch with 🧶 We strive to keep the apartment clean, value direct communication and punctuality with rent / utilities.
