Room is 10ft 11 inches x 13ft 9 inches. The house is a new build with a second garage for a third car, a large backyard with a gazebo. Bedroom has a walk-in closet and is in the back, along with a spacious private bathroom. We have a movie room for optimal movie watching and video game playing. Camera’s in the front and back yard, along with the common areas in the house for safety and protection. 5 minutes away from the 101 and Westgate, and 10 minutes away from the 303.

We are a gay couple that are into video games, anime, cartoons and a bunch of nerdy stuff. We are chill and friendly, so easy to get along with. Try to keep the house in a cleanly state. We have 3 dogs, one small and two medium sized. So we kindly ask that you have no pets.
