Really cool place with tons of scenery, three decks, outdoor/indoor activities, great neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. Your room will be a newly renovated, fully furnished private master bedroom, full private bath, redone closet space. All utilities included: high speed internet, washer/dryer, electric, oil. Property is about 3/4 of an acre; tons of outdoor space including a pergola, three decks, outdoor hot tub (once I fix it) and a zen garden. Front entrance is located on the top floor where your room is located. Full shared kitchen, any appliances, plates, cups, etc. are free to use. You will have your own pantry space, fridge space and extra closet space if needed. The top floor living room with the big tv and surround-sound can be essentially an additional space for you, as I spend most of my time home in the downstairs area where my room is. Also located downstairs is a pool table, home gym, fire place, wet bar space with mini fridge is free to share. For activities, theres ping pong, pool table, board games, badminton, basket ball hoops, volley ball, the list goes on, I’m even trying to put in a 6-hole golf course next year and maybe a zip line; lots of fun. If you would like to have a guest or guests overnight, not a problem unless they won’t be staying in your just your room. There is a newly remodeled “multi-media” room across from your room that has a futon and another sleeping lounger that can be available for guests with prior notice.

My name is Nate, I’m 35, and am a recent home buyer of an absolute dream property. I’m a law enforcement Park Ranger for the National Park Service, but I’m not a stickler for things within reason. I’ve done a lot of work in renovation and would like the opportunity to continue to do that. Obviously it isn’t cheap, so looking for someone to live here for as long as they need to…to have fun and enjoy this great place. I have two sister tortoiseshell cats but they mostly stay in the basement. Other cats are welcome, they’ll basically get to roam the entire top floor, the stairs down to the bottom floor can easily be separated if need be. I’m clean, funny, and fun, smart most of the time, and hopefully not completely lacking in the style I put into the house so far on my own. Still more work to be had!
