The house is 97 years old, 3 upper floor bedrooms with 1 shared bath upstairs. All occupants have access to the livingroom, kitchen, and porch. The vacant room is the largest, with a small office or flex space included. Large closets, and a faux fireplace, front (south) facing windows, and a west facing window in the flex room. Furnished with a king sized bed, a dresser, and a night table next to the bed. Walking distance to gomart and the bus line.

I am the owner of the premises, I live on the main floor. Upstairs there are two tenants. The lower floor has the only minor on the premises, a 13 year old boy. There are dogs and cats indoors. Also, please note that I am a direct person when possible. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Please don’t ask to see it, have me make someone available to show it, then don’t turn up.
