1600 SqFt home in safe neighborhood in Hayden. Close to everything. I am the homeowner. Nice big fenced back yard. I have 1 small dog, 1 big dog, and one cat. I am legally blind, and need a little help around here, and getting to appointments. I keep a clean house. My other roommate and I are very quiet.
There is driveway parking. Room is furnished with Queen bed, dresser, night stand, and large closet. Shared full bath with storage and counter space. Washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you need, and then some.

One other older female who is quiet. We all stay in our rooms. Both retired, love pets. House is furnished and kitchen cupboards are on overload.
