Private room with 3 roomies on the second floor of our apartment. We’re looking for a fourth person to move in as soon as possible! Our apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, dining area, living room, and a kitchen with a dishwasher! We have off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. The apartment is located in the Highlands right near UMass Lowell and drumhill.

Rent is 680$ and first, last and security are due when signing. Utilities are gas and electric and usually average around 100$ a month in the summer, higher in the winter as we have gas heating. The internet is 20$ a month. The landlord is usually quick at fixing issues.

I’m in my late 20s and work full time. I enjoy doing crafty things, video games, and thrifting.

My other roommate likes to do art, collect plants and take care of her gecko. The third roommate also works full time and he has a bearded dragon.

We are looking for a person who is at least 25 years old and has a full time job. Female or non-binary/trans are preferred. We are all LGBT and 420 friendly. We are all easy going people who are generally quiet, but we also like to hang out together and watch shows or play games. Currently we are not looking for anyone with pets, we already have enough pets that require electricity and I am allergic to cats :( firm on no dogs sorry.
