About the room
We are renting a room in the center of downtown Miami on a month-to-month basis and we are open to longer term rentals. The room is furnished with a full size bunk bed, small desk, fridge, chair and two closets. You also have a view of the pool from the window. We are centrally located just a block away from Target, Publix, Aldi, Ross, and Burlington. We are two blocks away from the Miami Brightline and Miami Metro train stations, and just a 15 minutes walk to anywhere in downtown or Brickell. South Beach is 5 miles away, Wynwood is 2 miles away, and it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber or Metro. We are working professionals who work from home and live a very quiet, clean and healthy lifestyle. Ideally, we are looking for someone that works outside of the home during the day from 9-5 and keeps normal hours. We have a pool and small gym in our community. We offer internet, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and a TV in the room. We also have a washer and dryer in our unit. We also have a small / friendly dog. We cannot offer parking, but you can rent a space in a garage a few blocks away for $150-200 monthly. This is perfect for a student or professional that just needs a quiet and safe space close to everything at an affordable price. We interview people before renting to ensure we are the right fit.
About the roomies
We are all professionals (attorney, foreign doctor, and logistics) and athletes (avid runners, cyclists and swimmers). We live very healthy, clean and quiet lifestyle. We typically wake up early at 5am and go to bed by 10pm.
