Hey! I’m in IT and work mostly from home or on a flexible schedule. Pretty laid-back, clean, and respectful of others’ space and routines. Looking for someone similar to rent out a room in my place.

The house is in a chill neighborhood with easy access to Downtown Pueblo. The room is private, with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living area. There’s Wi-Fi, laundry on-site, and some extra storage if needed.

A few key things:

Dogs and other pets are welcome (as long as they’re well-behaved).

420-friendly, but please keep it outdoors.

Guests are cool within reason—just keep communication open.

Ideally looking for someone responsible, clean, and easygoing.
