Looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home? These upstairs bedrooms in a large, peaceful house might be just what you need! Both rooms have large closets, offer a beautiful & private view from the window of the pool and rose garden, and access to a shared bathroom with only one other renter — featuring dual sinks, bathtub and shower that comes with a coffee bar, fresh new towels, and lots of storage.

Enjoy relaxing in the spacious backyard filled with rose bushes and other flowers, plants, and fruit trees, or take a dip in the pool. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, perfect for students, professionals, or anyone seeking a serene living environment.

Large Bedroom - $800 per month not including utilities; smaller bedroom - $700 per month not including utilities.
