About the room
Room for rent in large house: All utilities included. Large private master bedroom (16 x 13) with full master bath and 2 sinks, king-size bed, and walk-in closet. The house is a 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house located in the Turnberry subdivision in southeast Ann Arbor, 10-min drive from downtown.
If you are planning on commuting to UofM please do your research on buses, travel time, and downtown parking. Having a car on campus can be a challenge unless you know where to park.
Access to common areas: living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, patio.
Option to renew if we mutually agree. No smoking or drugs of any kind on premises.
About the roomies
Current long term housemates are 3 professional working males: 27, 27, and 42 yrs old. Preference given to those who have experience sharing an apartment or house and understand the responsibility of sharing duties. Former female housemate just moved out of state.
