Fully furnished single room in a family home. Excellent for a graduate student, researcher/visiting professor. Great and convenient location, just one block away from Colegio Rd. We are very conscientious regarding privacy, prevention protocols and social distancing. We would appreciate a reciprocal approach. Storke Ranch (Goleta) is a residential complex, a neighborhood very close to campus, just 1.3 miles (2 Km) from UCSB. Walking distance to shops at Camino Real Marketplace, Target, Costco, Albertsons, restaurants, etc. Bus stop across the street from the house. Rental is on a month to month basis.
