About the room
One bedroom for rent. It is a private room with a shared bath. New renovated with hardwood floor. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms home in Springfield off Hayden Bridge. 1700 square feet. Washer and dryer and all other necessary appliances. Central air with AC. Myself and two other roommates are currently in the house. You will be expected to clean up after yourself and help clean common areas. Yard work will not be required.
All roommates are middle-aged males. I do have a dog, but he sticks to himself. Looking for someone who doesn’t do drugs, smoke, or drink in excess. No overnight visitors. He is super friendly and sleeps most of the day. I do work from home also.
About the roomies
I am a web designer that works from home and my other roommate is a fireman who is rarely ever home.
