Private Room in shared apartment for rent on Westside Madison-available August 1st! One year lease with option to renew!

Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath. $1,750 /month, $583 per person. In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, free parking in the parking lot with possible options for underground parking at $75/month. Extra storage is also available for an added price. Pet friendly with some restrictions- but no cats unfortunately because one of us is allergic :( Dogs 20lbs and under or ESA dogs welcome though!) Utilities come out to around $65/ month for electric, internet, and water. Safe neighborhood. Very close to multiple bus lines and stores. Management is also great, very responsive and attentive. Overall a nice place to live for the price. The room that is available is the same in size to the one pictured, just a slightly different arrangement.

Our current roommate found her dream job out of state, so while we are so happy for her, we will miss her dearly :’)

We’re looking for someone (female-identifying, non-binary, or trans masc only) that is friendly, considerate, clean in shared spaces, covid-conscious, lgbtq+ friendly, neurodivergent friendly, and is an open/direct communicator. We like our living environment to feel peaceful, clean, safe, and inviting. We also would prefer someone who either is sober or doesn’t drink often.
