Guests:

Visitors are allowed, but must notify if hosting more than 1 person

Only one overnight guest permitted at a time

Guests may stay no more than 2 consecutive nights, with at least a 7-day gap between extended stays

Respectful usage required at all times

You must supply your own:

Cooking utensils

Dishware

Detergents

Laundry supplies

A schedule will be created for fair and conflict-free use of kitchen and laundry areas

Shared spaces must be left clean after use

Damage & Deposit Terms

The tenant is responsible for any damage to their private room, bathroom, or any shared spaces due to neglect or misuse

Damages may result in forfeiture of security deposit

A move-in condition form may be completed and signed upon key exchange

22-year-old family friend (Shares Bedroom 2 – 3rd Floor) Student, passionate about school, and has a small, friendly Shih Tzu/Bichon mix (Shicon) that stays in the room. Respectful of shared spaces, outgoing personality, and keeps the dog well-contained.
