Quiet neighborhood, full of hiking trails by south mountain ,safe, clean house by cleaning lady, all inclusive except the food. Full access to the house perks. Rent and deposit can be negotiable from person to person.I have an additional room with same perks.Gym equipment if want to use. If you don’t check it out will miss the good quiet , worry free and drama free rent.

Drama free , owner and 2 dogs and 1 puppy ,travel for work sometimes during the week. No one else lived in the property.place to call home, lots of food storage willing to adjust room for the right person with long rental , full laundry room.
