Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Saw Grass Mall. 3 minutes walk to recreational park. Must clean up after yourself. No guests and no sleepovers. Quiet house. NO SMOKING NO DRUGS. No use of laundry. Laundry mart is a 3 minute drive form my house. Must be a professional and working at least five days per week. Kitchen is shared but seldom used. No use of living nd dining room. Desk and chair in the room for eating. Please text message only. Tenant is moving into his Condo on June 23rd. Showing the room will be after June 23rd. Minimum rental period must be 12 months. No maximum.
