Large 17 x 13.5 ft room, 10 ft ceilings, large windows, dedicated bathroom shared with only one other roommate. All rooms located upstairs. Our home includes dedicated parking space, washer and dryer, central HVAC and all utilities (5G wifi, gas, water, electricity) paid. $1000 deposit.

Home is very spacious with multiple collective/shared spaces, including two furnished living rooms, a patio, backyard, balcony/deck, and chef’s kitchen. Pets welcome. We are prioritizing making this home a safe space for college students and working professionals. Prefer 12 month lease, however willing to negotiate.

2 working professionals, 2 CSUSM students, and a few pets including 1 cat, 2 birds who stay in their room and 1 loveable dog who occasionally is out when owner is home. Most of us work during the day M-F, and spend time in the common spaces together during our time off. Friendly, clean, and communicative roomies who appreciate keeping the house a safe and cozy place to live together :)
