About the room
Includes all utilities, access to several streaming services, washer and dryer, patio, and there is a spare powder room (just have to share the shower in the other bathroom). Close to many shops. There is also another room I use as the guest room, and would allow my roommate to have the occasional guest. The room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house is and all things you would need in the kitchen would be available. There is some additional storage in the attic.
About the roomies
I’m a single teacher in her 30s. I do have a dog- a cocker spaniel, who is friendly. I’m neat, but not a neat freak per sé.
