About the roomies
I am the landlord and I live upstairs (2nd floor). There is one other roomie upstairs and he is quiet and military oriented. I am looking for a roomie who is quiet, clean and respectful with no children and pets. No smoking allowed inside premises. No illegal drugs allowed at all.
