About the room
It is one bedroom with walk-in closet. Located upstairs 2nd floor. Bathroom (shared) with one male tenant currently. optional furnished or unfurnished. If furniture is needed, I have full size bed, a dresser with mirror and a medium fridge available. Common area access to laundry located on 2nd floor, kitchen on main floor. ( Please ignore if the ad says shared bedroom somehow the app automatically updates it as shared room but it not).
Utilities, Internet and access to Meridian Ranch Center is included in the rent.
About the roomies
I am the landlord and also live on the property occupying the master bedroom (2nd floor). Other tenants consists of 2 males- one living on the the 2nd floor and the other is on the main floor. Nobody smokes inside and no parties. No children and no pets. And no illegal drugs.
