I’m a 3rd year student planning to study abroad come January and am looking for someone to take over my room from mid-December (this is flexible) through August! This is a lovely room tucked away just a few minutes off campus. With washer/ dryer in unit, a pool and gym in the apartment complex, and gorgeous views of OSU’s agricultural farmland, it’s a great place to be. You’ll have your own bathroom, a fully furnished bedroom & shared living space, and plenty of amenities provided by the property. Rent is $989 but I am happy to negotiate :)
You’ll be living with two lovely students, both very respectful and quiet. As I mentioned you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, but your shared space is sure to be clean and friendly as well! If you appreciate a tidy space and some chill study sessions you’ll fit right in. Both are women so I am looking for a woman to sublet to!
