Im subletting this unit out since I have to move for work. Block 43 is a student housing complex. The rent is $669, with additional trash valet, pet rent ($25 monthly) and renters insurance, the total cost is 725 (incl sales tax for credit card transactions). The current lease is from August to July 27th

There are 3 males in the unit. 2 upstairs in their own bedroom/bathroom and one downstairs in his own bedroom/bathroom. They’re all gone most of the day for school/work. When they are home, you wouldn’t know since everyone is to themselves and keeps noise at a minimal level
