There is a balcony you can sit on and a little backyard in the property as well! Two full bathrooms and two full pantries and refrigerators as well as free laundry in the basement with storage if need be! The property owner is truly an awesome guy who values his home and likes to keep tenants happy. He is extremely friendly and attentive to whatever needs or questions you have. Currently a house with 6 roommates we occupy the top two floors. It is a coed living space LGBTQ+ friendly, no dogs or cats and no smoking inside. A good mix of young professionals and students age ranging from late 20s to early 50s. Everyone is kind of busy doing their thing but there are a few social butterflies of the group and I feel like most people are down for conversation when they cross paths.
