Rent includes use of backyard patio/deck, free laundry, utilities, use of kitchen (separate basement fridge/freezer). Bathroom shared with two other people.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the living space with me (mid-50s female writer and educator) and my 16 yo son who lives half time at home Sat-Tues. My oldest in college occasionally isnhome on school breaks. We are looking for someone quiet who can pay the rent and help keep the house clean. References required. No smoking or drugs of any kind in/around the house. No pets.
