There are two small dogs and a cat on site with their owners, 1 Male and Female.

Located in Escambia County, near the Walmart and Mobile Highway.

J(29) Is a published author who works from home and stays in his room 90% of the time with his cat. He binge watches shows and plays video games instead of working but handles most repairs, cooking, and security on the property.

Kat(29) works as a behavioral health technician and is gone for most of the day save for weekends where she spends time with her two Pomeranians in-between studying for her doctorate.

It is a three bedroom, two bathroom house equipped with a driveway+ spacious backyard and a sizable kitchen+ living room with lots of space.

The room itself is fully furnished w/ a TV+ Closet space. Internet is included and so are utilities unless it becomes an outrageous amount. Dogs and cats aren’t allowed as both roommates already have pets and anymore would provide too much if a chaotic environment.
