Rockwood

The room is a large downstairs room, with direct backyard access. It comes with a private bathroom, TV and ethernet hookups (TV will need wall mounting, I will pay for wall mounting), and a large mirrored door closet. I run my company from home, so I cover internet and TV through my company, you will only be responsible for water/gas/electric. The room also comes with common space access within the house; meaning you have full access to the kitchen and kitchen appliances, furnished living room, and laundry machines.

The current occupants of the house are all clean and respectful people. The house is generally pretty quiet and calm, the only time things really get loud is when my dog, Kahn senses someone approaching the front door. This is definitely a pet friendly house, so long as all incoming pets get along with the existing one. I work from home, so there are times during the work day when I will need quiet to take or make a phone call, but other than that noise isn’t a problem. The other two occupants (one male, one female) are both at UCI, Sofia as a student, Robert as a research assistant. We are all between the ages of 22 to 25.
