The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room that are for shared use with all roommates. Additionally, there is a garage that you can keep your belongings in.

There are 3 rooms up for rent. The master bedroom, with it’s own bathroom, for $800 a month, with $400 deposit, or the two guest bedrooms for $700 a month, with $350 deposit. All utility bills are included in rental cost, so are not being covered by roommates. Wi-Fi included.

The current minimum lease is 3 months, and then after that it will be month to month. After the initial 3 month period, either party may terminate the lease with a 30 day advance notice to the other.

Overall, I am looking for roommates who can keep the common area clean, and create an environment that is okay for multiple people to live in the house.

Additionally, there is an orange cat named Bartholomew who sits otuside, and was fed by us occasionally. I am offering $50 off of rent for anyone who is willing to feed him every couple days, and send pictures occasionally to show he is ok.

Pictures need to be updated from my last listing, and should be up shortly. House can be shown any day of the week after 4 pm, or after Noon on Fridays pending the housing manager’s schedule.

The house is not weed-friendly as I am a military member, and it is federally illegal. My apologies if this does not work for you, but I cannot change that it is illegal for military members despite State laws being what they are.

There is currently no one living at the house after September 13th. I may be there briefly during October if not all rooms are rented out, but then I will be leaving to New York to go to College.
