Good size room available in Victorian house in Winthrop. This is owner occupied and would be living with 4 guys (in their 40’s & 50’s) who are part of the LGBTQ community. . We are looking for someone similar who is quiet, professional and employed and whose party days are behind them. You would need to be liberal minded, open and indiscriminate of age, sex and race etc, communicative, personable, more quiet than loud and respectful of others. We appreciate good personal boundaries, and a sense of humor always welcome. We , prefer folk who are LGTB friendly, clean and tidy, and who will respect & maintain the integrity of the home by picking up after oneself, share the cleaning chores and contribute to household necessities such as paper towels, toilet roll, dish soap etc. not looking for folk who work from home or stay up through the night
