This apartment home is spacious and homey. It includes a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an in unit Washer/Dryer, an elongated living room, and a balcony.

The unit is currently shared between myself and my roommate. Total rent for the property is $2426; both tenants have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is split 50/50, as I pay $1213 rent for access to the master bed/bath which are attached, the room available is $1213 rent which includes a sizeable bedroom and bathroom (shower and bathtub) just outside of the room.

Pinnacle At MacArthur Place has unlimited guest parking as well as designated parking for tenants. The parking space that is included with this unit is very preferable; as it is just a few feet away from the elevator nearest to the unit, which is a very short and convenient walking distance.

The lease term that locks in the lowest unit price is the 12 month lease; the current agreement has 11 months remaining on it. Utilities are about $100 on top the rent.
