About the roomies
A bit of an introvert. I enjoy my alone time. I’m outgoing with friends but usually pretty quiet. I’m an early riser. I have a small dog. He’s okay. He just barks when excited. I do have a trusted dog walker come by once a day 3x a week when I’m at work.
HOUSE RULES: •Quiet hours from 9PM-6AM •NO overnight guests •NO smoking •NO parties but small get together are fine. •No dishes left in sink overnight •No trash on patio •Be mindful of the Environment •Cleanliness in shared spaces is required. (Wash dishes, clean appliances, wipe countertops and stovetop after every use) •Your room is your space but keep it clean to not attract bugs or produce a smell.
