MONTH -TO- MONTH Rent includes sewer, trash, water, and parking space. Electricity is Split. Washer Dryer Available. Wifi Available.
REQUIREMENTS: Screening for a background check and credit check along with proof of income are required, as well as a month to month leasing agreement. Exceptions for international students.
LOCATION: Located in Asian District. Close to Mesa Community College, Banner Medical Center, Tempe Market Place, Hmart, gyms, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and more.
PETS: Pet must be friendly and get along with other pets. Any sign of aggression (growling, bitting, barking at guests and roomates, indoor territory marking, chewing or tearing up furniture or trash, stealing food or water from others pets or any form of bullying) will result in immediate notice to vacate. Quiet hours also apply to pets (No running around, barking or playing with toys indoors during quiet hours). Pets aren’t allowed to use patio as toilet. Pet Deposit: $300 Pet Rent: $50
About the roomies
A bit of an introvert. I enjoy my alone time. I’m outgoing with friends but usually pretty quiet. Im an early riser. I have a small dog. He’s okay. He just barks when excited. I do have a trusted dog walker come by once a day 3x a week when I’m at work. .
HOUSE RULES: •Quiet hours from 9PM-6AM •NO overnight guests •NO smoking •NO parties but small get together are fine. •No dishes left in sink overnight or dishes in dishwasher over a weeks. •No trash on patio •Be mindful of the Environment •Cleanliness in shared spaces is required. (Wash dishes, clean appliances, wipe countertops and stovetop after every use) •Your room is your space but keep it clean to not attract bugs or produce a smell.
