Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. Private bedroom with private bathroom. Non-smokers, no overnight guests. Prefer professional person who will pay the rent on time. I ’m an older person who lives alone. I do have a small, sweet dog who is very quiet and stays with me in the back room. The house is a split plan so there is a lot of privacy. I will consider seasonal 3 month rental for $1,000/month. New memory foam mattress ( queen) and headboard, newly repainted, 10 minutes to the beach ⛱️ Excellent accommodation. Leather recliner in the room also.

I work alot as a sub teacher and part-time lifeguard. Non-smoker and prefer to stay in the backroom with the slider closed when home. I’m a well educated and understanding, 67 year old who prefers a tenant that is responsible and quiet. When the tenant is using the kitchen I prefer to stay out, and vice versa. Thank you 😊
