I’m renting out my son’s room while he’s away at the University of Miami. When he visits during school breaks, he stays with me in my room, so for now I live alone in a 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the room is modest in size. It comes with a TV and a clean airbed, and I can remove both if you prefer to use your own furniture.

The apartment is in Bethesda Chevy Chase, just one block from downtown Bethesda and four blocks from the Metro station. It’s a quiet, private, crime‑free neighborhood with banks, offices, grocery stores, parks, and more all within a block or two. I’ve lived here for eight years, and raising my son in this community was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Laundry There is a laundry room in the building on the first floor. You’ll need to add money to the laundry card to use the machines. In my eight years here, I’ve only used it once. The machines are small, so I usually go to the public laundromat in Rockville instead.

I’m available for video tours or in‑person visits. I’m home after 3 PM on weekdays and available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. I don’t drink or smoke; my life is mostly work and workouts, and I stay busy with a lot of responsibilities. I’m originally from the Motherland 🇱🇷.

No pets and no smokers, please.
