At 4,300 square feet, the house is massive; there’s tons of community space, including a fully furnished kitchen (everything you need to eat and cook), a fully furnished living room (featuring coffee-shop vibes ideal for working from home and chatting), a dining area, and a small study/prayer room. A cleaner cleans shared space twice a month. Every bedroom has its own personal electronic lock with a pin and fingerprint technology. Free wifi is provided - one gig Ziply fiber. The room can be furnished upon request or left unfurnished.

This neighborhood is the epitome of small, downtown city vibes. Located directly adjacent to Newberg’s downtown and Naps Thriftway (a 24/hour grocery store) you can walk to pretty much anywhere. George Fox is just .7 miles away, and there’s a plethora of great restaurants within a few blocks. The houses in this neighborhood are strikingly beautiful. Fellow walkers are always cheerful, and there are quite a few parks close by - Memorial Park, Renne Park, and a Skate Park (with hiking trails and disc golf).
