Private room for rent to responsible/respectful adult - house shared with 2 other adults (both males in late 20’s and early 30’s). Shared bath, living room, kitchen, garage, and large yard. Non-smoking house, no pets. Laundry room with washer/dryer.
Subject to background and credit check. 1st month and $467 refundable security deposit required.
Room is pictured in listing – will be cleaned out prior to new tenants’ arrival – decent sized room with good closet space. For some size reference: bed pictured in photo is a king.
About the roomies
Two males (Jayde 27 and Tyler 32). We are both super laid back guys and get along with everyone. We both work full time jobs and Tyler is also a full time student. Both very tidy and appreciate a clean house. Tyler is always gone on his days off rafting, biking, fishing, etc.
