Room is available now. First/Last//Security. A calico kitty just recently walked into my house a couple weeks ago and decided to stay so I guess I have a cat. 😆You’d have your own bathroom with shower/tub combination, a parking space, I have a washer/dryer, the floor is tile with neutral walls. We would share a small kitchen, living space (dining/living room combo) and there’s a porch out front and a garden patio out back with a small glassed in porch in back as well(although that’s where the kitty litter has to go so it’s more of a room for plants and cats to lounge but less inviting for humans to lounge in. At least it keeps the litter out of the way!) It is in a neighborhood without our own yards although there is a green space between the units. I have an end unit(each unit is like a double wide, 1 floor town house). It’s a quiet dead end neighborhood. I have high speed frontier internet and a (only 32“) smart tv in living room. Room is partially furnished.

I am female 33, responsible, quiet(introvert and don’t party).I work from home and early in the morning so I’m in bed by 8/9 pm and awake by 5 am. I need a roommate who is willing to be quiet at night. There is a cat who lives here who is sweet and quiet.
