This is a great little area away from the Seattle only about 20 mins away but just mins away from Alderwood Mall. It’s quiet and in the back of the complex. This is a 1 bedroom apartment but I’m willing to let you take the bedroom to yourself and that you are dog friendly. There is plenty of parking in the complex, washer and dryer included, anyone is welcome, if you smoke please do so outside,you can stay as long as you need (this is a 12 month lease) or leave when you need to ( just let me know, please). Visitors, can come just no parties please unless we’ve both set something up. Please ask me questions for more.

I’m a very clean person, outgoing and I can keep to myself if you’d like. I don’t party as much anymore, maybe have a glass of wine or 2 after work. I like to cook when I’m home or if it’s late go grab a bite to eat. I just moved here from Texas, I have a dog name Charlie and she is dog/cat friendly. She is very quiet and likes to sleep all day.

I work as a full time manager and I don’t mind exploring the area more with you if you know some spots.
