Details: • 12-month lease • 4 bed / 3 bath (this room shares one bathroom) • Rent: $850 per month (includes water; other utilities average $80–$120 per person) • Deposit: $812.50 (plus first month’s rent due at move-in) • No evictions or collections on credit history • Proof of income + prior rental history required (no co-signers)
Amenities: • Washer/dryer in unit • Private fenced backyard • 5–7 minutes from 405 and UW Bothell
Pets: • Small to medium dogs considered with $500 non-refundable deposit + $50/month • Sorry, no cats (per lease agreement)
