Room is a good size room, with a shared bathroom. Area is quiet and I just bought the house. Upgrades will be done with time. The rooms are equipped with a microwave, 2 burner cooking stove, a fridge, and bed, TV, wifi. I have 2 rooms available, one has a twin bed and goes for $700 a month. The other room has a Queen size bed and goes for $800 a month. All utilities are included. You are responsible for your cleaning supplies, toiletries, food, and whatever else you may need. A $120.00 one time none refundable cleaning fee is required, being that my last tenant never cleaned her room and left the room completely dirty and smelling very bad. Took me 6 hours to clean her room and mess up. One bad apple makes it bad for other’s unfortunately.

My mother lives with me and she stays in her room mostly all day due to disability. She’s very quiet and friendly. I am always working so I pretty much have no time for social life. My rooms are for rent month to month. NO lease. NO credit check. NO smoker’s. NO pets. Absolutely NO drugs. Must be a rather quiet person who respects other’s space. References will be required from none family members and income will be verified. A none expired license or ID will also be verified. Would rather much rent to students and traveling worker’s but everyone is welcomed. We have 5 cat’s and they are always out of the house and a shed is being built to put them out there to live in their own little house. Their cat litter is cleaned out 3 times a day to keep the house smelling fresh. The kitchen and living room is going to be going under renovation soon and will be blocked off until finished. But you do have access to yard and obviously the front porch. If anyone is interested in adopting one of the cat’s, you are welcomed to email me even if you don’t want the room. They are 4 months old and fixed and have the shots. I rescued them from a terrible situation and just wanted to protect them because they were just one week old.
