This basement apartment is in an upscale quiet neighborhood (Stuart’s Crossing) on a large wooded lot.
There is direct access to hiking trails and the Spotsylvania Battlefield Park right across the street. There are tennis courts and two playgrounds in the neighborhood within walking distance.
Internet, water, electric, gas, and trash utilities included in rent.
The basement has two rooms, one bathroom, a large main living area, and kitchen. One of the rooms was a workout room with a large wall mirror. It is being rented as an efficiency or studio as the rooms don’t have windows big enough to count as full bedrooms.
The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of counter and cabinet space.
The unit can have a cook top, microwave, and larger toaster oven / air fryer (optional) for your cooking and baking needs, but does not have a full sized stove/oven. There is the possibility of installing a washer and dryer at some point, but there is not one now.
No pets allowed.
This is a family home. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet time hours will be required to be respected along with other reasonable rules to maintain a family friendly and safe environment.
Minimum 6 month lease.
$1,490 security deposit required.
Must pass background and credit check and have qualifying income.
