About the room
Preference is someone working, age in the 20s to 30s range.
My roommate and I have an affordable room opening up in our 3-bedroom house in Easthampton. We’re looking for someone to join us on a one year lease. Utilities is split between all three tenants.
Details: Shared kitchen, living space, and bathroom. Washer and dryer on the property. Street parking available. No smoking in or around the property. There is a cat in the home, he is a fixed one year old. Not sure how he would do with other cats but I’m open to finding out.
