2 story house, quiet neighborhood. House was built in 2022 so it is new, modern and clean. No pets due to allergies. Student preferred as there’s a student attending SOU here already. No smoking or vaping.

About the roomies

I am home a lot, I homeschool my kid 2 kids, the room is down the hall to the left of the stairs so there is more privacy. Washer and dryer next to the bathroom, we just ask no laundry running past 8pm since it’s on the side of the master bedroom.
