This is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and 2-Story home. With a huge open floor plan that incorporates the living room and kitchen. Beautiful newly built home in the Watson Ranch area looking to give anyone a nice peace of mind neighborhood and living situation.

Currently, ‘The Ruins’ is being redeveloped into a Community Center for the neighborhood. We have a police station, fire department, a high school, elementary, and multiple parks within 15-30 minute walking distance. There are hiking trails nearby as well along with being about 5-10 minute drive from the Walmart Supercenter.

The only thing to mention is; there sometimes isn’t an available parking spot in front of the house, due to the parking hierarchy. You’ll also be sharing a bathroom with me (Eric- don’t worry I’m extremely OCD/Clean). Your bedroom will be upstairs.

You’ll be living with 4 roommates. All of us are extremely respectful and understanding of each others spaces.

Gus works in the winery industry- whom typically works the average 8-4 / 9-5 Job. While Gladys & Winston are an Indian couple that works here in American Canyon and lives downstairs in the house and works early mornings like me. They’re really nice and mainly do their cooking and hanging around at late nights. Meanwhile I like to go kayak fishing and stay in my room. Average age range is 30.

Everyone typically gets back to the house around 9PM. Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Our home is consisted of a diverse ethnicity group which correlates to a wide-variety of foods, activities, and culture.

Background Check and Credit Check are required during the Lease-Signing. Month-To-Month / 6-Month Lease / 1-Year Lease are all acceptable. $1000 Security Deposit + $1000 a month includes all utilities (Trash, Water, AC, High-Speed Internet).
