Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on May 25th 2020. October rent is already paid for and move-in date is immediate.

This room is in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building 5 min walk to Providence College. Calm neighborhood with lots of student housing. 10 min drive to Downtown Providence. 7 min drive to Federal Hill neighborhood. The room is large and has plenty of natural light thanks to bay windows. Washer and Dryer in building is FREE! Off-street parking for one car is included. No smoking in the apartment but there is a balcony for smokers.

There are currently two occupants living in the apartment. They are both respectful young male professionals.
