Nestled in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas, The Everett offers thoughtfully designed and fully furnished bedroom rentals. Perfect for professionals seeking a quiet, comfortable, and safe space to call home, this single-family residence combines modern convenience with tranquil living—while encouraging connection with like-minded individuals.

Currently, Room #1, Room #3, and Room #4 are available.

Room Descriptions Room #1 – The Most Private

Located on the first floor, this west-facing bedroom offers beautiful sunset views and quick access to the front entrance. It comes with a designated private bathroom, making it the most private room in the home—ideal for those who value both comfort and independence.

Room #2 – The Studious Room (Unavailable)

A west-facing room on the second floor, designed for students and remote professionals. Features include a dedicated Ethernet connection, a spacious walk-in closet, and full furnishings. An unfurnished option is also available upon request.

Room #3 – The WFH Room (Currently Unavailable)

Centrally located on the second floor, this room is perfect for gamers and work-from-home professionals, featuring a dedicated Ethernet line and a walk-in closet. Comes fully furnished, with an unfurnished option available if desired.

Room #4 – The Master Suite

The largest room in the home, the Master Suite features dual walk-in closets and a spa-inspired private bathroom complete with sleek tile finishes, dual sinks, and an oversized soaking tub. The perfect retreat for unwinding at the end of the day.

For seven years, the rooftop deck has been a space of meditation, clarity, and transformation. With panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, it’s perfect for morning yoga, journaling, evening reflection, or simply soaking in the skyline. More than a view, it’s a sanctuary for the soul—where you can manifest your goals, release stress, and recharge in stillness.

Utilities Included: Fiber Gigablast internet, water, sewer, and electricity included (capped at $400/month; any overages split among tenants).

Flat Utility Fee: $150/month.

Private Garage Spaces: $100/month per space.

Extra Storage: $50/month—an affordable alternative to renting a storage unit.
