About the room
Room for rent in shared house with one other roommate and cats. Not looking for more pets at this time. Great house, 2300 sf, near downtown. Laid back artsy household, but I am particular about it staying clean. (Like the regular kind of clean, nothing crazy. ) No smoking in the house. LGBTQ+ friendly The home is in central Cheyenne very close to downtown. Walking distance to a grocery store, lots of fast food, Walgreens and East High School. I work nights, so I need folks that don’t mind hearing someone kicking around the house at weird hours. Also, the neighbors dogs bark a lot, just in case that would bother you. The room is furnished.
About the roomies
Artsy and eclectic household. I would love an artist roommate. I am looking for roommates with emotional intelligence who understand boundaries.
