My current male roommate and I are looking to find a great match for an additional person to rent our spare room in a friendly, easygoing home in NE Bend.

The room is comfortable, quiet, and faces the yard, with a large tree by the window that creates a nice, scenic view. It has enough space to fit up to a cali-king-size bed (a queen fits most comfortably) plus a small dresser or bookshelves, and it includes a standard-size closet.

Can be furnished with a desk and the twin trundle bed if you’d like or I can remove them for your own furniture.

The bathroom is shared, (very clean) and laundry is conveniently located in the house.

Rent is $900 per month, with utilities included, making things nice and simple.

We are easygoing, clean, and respectful working professionals and are looking for someone who is also quiet, clean, and respectful. No drug use. Alcohol in moderation is fine, but no heavy drinking or partying.

We are looking for someone who likes/ loves dogs as there is a friendly, energetic, full of personality 3-year-old dog in the home, so no additional pets are allowed—sorry. The yard is amazing in the spring and summer, with a pergola out back where you can lounge, relax, and enjoy the outdoor space. With that, we all have to share yard duties, mostly in the spring and summer.

The room currently has furniture shown in the photos, which can stay if you’re looking for a furnished option, or it can be emptied if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The rest of the house is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and essentials, so there’s no need to bring extra household items.

There is also a garage, but it’s full to the brim, so unfortunately there isn’t additional garage storage available.

The rental terms are month to month. The room is available now, and there is a $350 deposit.

A little about me: I’m 33 and work as an architectural drafter/designer, with a few other creative ventures on the side. I love making things—painting, creating, and exploring different creative outlets. I’m currently on a health and fitness journey and working toward a more balanced, active lifestyle. I’m very easygoing and really value clear, respectful communication when sharing a home.

A little about my roommate: He’s 37 and works in the HVAC field. He’s easygoing and fun to be around, and loves fishing and spending time outdoors—he often heads out on weekend trips for a bit of adventure. He is sober, so we’re looking for someone who will be respectful of that within the home.
