• Single occupancy. Additional $100 for all utilities, including WIFI internet. Total Monthly is $750
• Move-in cost is $1750 (1st + last + $250 security)
• Looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet. Stable for at least 6 months renting.
• No Pets.
• No smoking.
