Townhome 2 bedroom/1.5 baths with patio located in West Olympia. Right across from Capital Mall. In unit washer and dryer. Bathrooms are newly renovated. Newly installed LVP flooring throughout the house. Freshly painted bedroom. Bills not included but it’s only Internet and Electric, usually lower in the summer and higher in the winter, I believe the highest I’ve received is $180. Apparently I don’t take enough pics of my house so enjoy the ones that shows the home with the in house models (my dogs), that get paid by treats.

Hello, I’m a Vet Tech that has 2 dogs that are well-behaved and crate trained. On my off time I like to go out for a hike with my dogs. I’m also an aircraft mechanic that may require me to travel so if you are willing to take care of my dogs and for when I’m gone for 2weeks+ rent will be discounted

I clean up after myself and dogs and I am introvert and generally keep to myself. Once I get to know you I do get more comfortable and open up.

Unfortunately no other pets due to already having large dogs and I’m allergic to cats. (Non-negotiable)
