Hi, I have a house with one room available to rent in Hephzibah, 5 minutes from Ft Eisenhower off Fairington dr. Minutes from Walmart Neighborhood Market and other stores. Utilities are included. Internet is included. Room is furnished with small fridge, desk, bed, chair, and drawer sets. There is separate full shared bathroom with other roommate. Ideal tenant keeps to themselves and does their own thing. Does not cook big meals everyday, cleans up after their selves, and provides most of your own supplies. They are quiet, respectful, and willing to follow house rules, and responsible. The room is for one person. No dogs. No couples. The tenant will pay rent by a weekly or monthly rate. The weekly rate is $165 per week or the monthly rate is $650. To move in, a $500 security deposit is needed in additon to one month’s rent. The weekly rate would require the weekly rent plus the security deposit.

Two male tenants live at the property already. One is a contractor on base while the other works in construction. They both are quiet, clean, and peaceful.
